    The Hoover Family Foundation was established in 1992 in Indiana. Please contact the foundation to verify eligibility prior to submission of a full application. Funds may be used for the following purposes:

    • Program support

    No support for religious or sectarian organizations. No grants to individuals, or for operating budgets, continuous support, capital campaigns, event (or post event) funding, multi-year funding, college scholarships, medical research, private foundations or endowment funds, or for long term funding.

  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Indiana, with emphasis on Marion county. Some giving in Portland, Oregon.

    Deadline Details

    Grant applications are reviewed three times each year. Completed proposals must be received by or postmarked by the following dates: July 1, November 1 or March 1, annually.

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $25,000. Most awards are between $5,000 and $10,000.
